She is survived by: her son Rick McIntosh (Debra); and her grandchildren, Rebecca McIntosh, Shree Ross (Tavarus), Hasani McIntosh, Hamadi McIntosh (Katrice), Jabari McIntosh and Jamila McIntosh. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
