She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Self, Sr.; her parents, Owen Williams and Mary Williams; and her siblings, Fred Williams, Jim Williams, Harry Williams, Linda Woodruff and Almira Maneno.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Davis (Mike) and Rick Self (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Cory Davis (Cheryl), Tyler Davis (Cheyenne), Steven Self (Christy) and Ashley Self (Clint); her great grandchildren, Cory Jr., Aizen, Jade Davis, Brantley Self, Layla Grace Williams and Alivia Roderick; and her friend Sheila Scott.
