He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidwey Cook and Leanna Cook; and his brother Ronald Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Cook; and his children, TaKeita Johnson, Tarnisha Johnson, Sharon Crawford, Rodney Cook, Kathy Cook, Leon Cook Jr., Tasheila Cook, Alfred Henry, Ladonna Hendricks, Tony Henry and Sam Wrenching. He is also survived by five sisters, two brothers, 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
