He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Blickenstaff and Rosemary Blickenstaff; and his sisters, Linda Clark and Peg Winger. He is survived by: his wife Susan Blickenstaff; his children, David Blickenstaff, Kale Blickenstaff (Tiffany), Kenneth Blickenstaff II (Jordan), Kolton Blickenstaff (Kahli), Lori Payne and Krystal Gallivan; his stepchildren, Tom Moore and Kelly Moore; his brother Karl Blickenstaff; his brother-in-law Robert Clark; and his pets, Gracie and Zena. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
