She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kaczmarek and Mary Kaczmarek. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Keith; her daughters, Kristina Madere (James) and Kayla O'Connor (Kyle); her grandsons, Lukas Madere, Kody O'Connor, Myles Madere and Nolan Madere; and her siblings, Richard Kaczmarek (Cynthia Sarver), Robert Kaczmarek and Nancy Spellman. She is also survived by 3 nephews, and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and innumerable friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's name are preferred to the Relay for Life of Lake County.
