She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lugo and Leocadia Lugo; her husband Luis P. Perez; her daughter Sonia Yvette Perez; and her siblings, Cesar, Victor, Jose'Lugo, Eileen Marrero, Gloria Lugo, Norma Rivera Lugo and Leocadia Lopez.

She is survived by: her children, Haydee Perez, Luis "Cano" Perez, Ana "Anita" Perez and Vivian "Bibi" Perez; her grandchildren, Ronald Walker, Jr., Haydee M. Walker, Anthony L. Walker, Luis Anthony Perez, Luis "Canito" Perez, Carlos Jose'Perez, Angel Luis Medellin Perez, Lothario D. Lindsay, Jr., Sonia Evette Lindsay, William R. Marshall, Jr. and Monique L. Marshall; and her great grandchildren, Kashmere D. Moore, Jr., Anthony Walker, II, Aaliana Walker, Alijah Walker, Aalayah Walker, Lamar D. Williams, Jr. and La'Renzo D. Williams, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
