He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Montasiewicz (Porter); his parents, Frank Montasiewicz and Mary Montasiewicz; and his siblings, Louise Surman, Jeane Montasiewicz, Loretta Montasiewicz and Robert Montasiewicz.

He is survived by: his brother Gerald Montasiewicz; and also Ted Porter (Phyllis).
