He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy F. Hess (Christine) of Gary Indiana and Barbara Davis of Gary Indiana; his grandsons, Michael Hess and Kaleem Hess; and his daughter-in-law Anitra Hess of California. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and relatives and friends.
