He was predeceased by: his son Russell Glenn; and his sister Asa Mae Kirklan. He is survived by: his wife Senoria Glenn; his children, John A. Glenn Jr., Raponia Dent, Ronda Downs, Regina Glenn Mckinley (Lester), Rolanda Lewis (George), Raymond Glenn, Rozella Glenn Crenshaw (Orman), Reginald Glenn Sr (Monica), Rexsell Glenn (Dianne) and Darnell E. Glenn; and his sibling Charles E. Hicks. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
