He is survived by: his wife Darlene Meadows; his children, Brandon Meadows (Fatima), Lester Meadows (Latisha), Alternese Lewis, L'Doris Nicholson (Martin), Jimmie King (Lakeesha), Tywonda King, Rachael Griffin and Darcel Russell (Ashton); and his sisters, Lucille Meadows and Helen Aaron. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
