She was predeceased by: her husband Charles R. Clark; her son Charles A. Clark; her grandson Kenneth Clark; her parents, Roman Lewandowski and Jadwja Lewandowski; and her sister Marie Lykowski of Belgium.
She is survived by: her children, Nita Sefton (Kim), Sue Thiele (David), Nancy Wentworth (Dan) and David Clark (late Jackie); and her sister Sabine Tassin of Belgium. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
