He is survived by: his children, Richard Kubina (Elaine Turlo), Diana Vermillion (Dan) and Judy Kubina; his grandchildren, Crystal (Alfred), Justine (Ryan), Maygen (Tim), Rachelle, Marcus, Maranda, Jazzmin, Danielle, Perry, Mya, Jillian, Jordan and James; his great grandchildren, Genesis, Evangeline Mary, Madaline, Ryan, Leo, Emmalynn, Joshua, Evie, Gabriel, Aubrey and Carly; his brothers, Robert, Joseph, Mike and George; and his close friend James. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
