He is survived by: his daughters, Aisha Jackson (Jermaine) of Albuquerque, LaTasha Johnson (Johnnie) of Fort Wayne, India Woodson (Charles) of Hobart and Takisha Williams (James) of Merrillville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Sierra (Derrick), Antonio, Dontrell, Kairal, Sanaia, Simeon, Kamden, Solomon, Jayki, Amos and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Ni'elah, Keontrell, Mei'Lani and Gabriel; his siblings, Annette Thompson of Houston, Debra Lynn Turner (Byron) of Merrillville, Indiana and Kevin Barnes (Latrice) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his stepmother Georgia Boyd of Houston, Texas; and his sisters, Daphyne of Cordova, Yolanda, Deneece, Bernetta and Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
