He was predeceased by: his parent Virgina Luter; and his siblings, Johnetta Luter-Moore, Billy Luter and Rauline Luter. He is survived by: his children, Michael Luter, Sandra Evans (Melvin) and Terrance; his sisters, Linda Robinson Hicks (Thomas), Mary Luter Jordan (Nick), Agnes Gatewood (Perry), Samuel Luter (Beulah) and Paul Luter (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Luter and Jacinta Yanders (Dylan). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews family and friends.
