He is survived by: his wife Freddie Leavy; his children, Franklin Leavy Jr (Lindsay), Stephen Leavy (Sheila) and Candance (Edrych); his siblings, Lola Worsham, Carnell Foster and Arthur Leavy; and also Harvey. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
