He is survived by: his brothers, Eardie Jackson and Peter Riggs; his nephews, William Bailey, Derek Smith and Jeffrey De'Neal Jackson; his parents-in-law, Joseph Huntley, Sr. and Evelyn Robinson; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Huntley, Jr., Debra Huntley and Argie Lee Jackson; his friend Joe Johnson; his wife Barbara Jackson; his daughters, Briana Jackson of Merrillville, Indiana and Dana Foggey (Melvin) of Merrillville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Daria Johnson of Merrillville, Indiana, Dylan Foggey of Merrillville, Indiana and Dawson Foggey of Merrillville, Indiana; his sisters, Patricia Gibson, Vicki Patterson and Jeanette "Jenny" Riggs; his sister-in-law Darlene Johnson; and his friends, Kathy and Kimberly Smith.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ridgelawn Funeral Home (4201 W Ridge Rd, Gary, IN 46408). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
