She is survived by: her mother Rosa Hernandez; her siblings, Marina Stufflebeam, Miguel Hernandez (Christina), Camerina Melchor, Guillermo Hernandez (Rae) and Pablo Hernandez; and her nieces and nephews, Matthew Stufflebeam (Jami), Stephanie Sullivan (Brett), Rosa Hinojasa (Francisco), Angel Irizarry (Nadia), Maria Irizarry (Trevon Woodson), Anna Irizarry (Leslie Brown), Guillermo Hernandez, Latisha Pulokas (Deivis), Vincente Hernandez (Alicia), Patricia Hernandez and Amelia Hernandez. She is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews.
