It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorris Owensby (Gary, Indiana), who passed away on October 3, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Billy. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Owensby; her children, John R. Owensby (Cindy), Amanda Owensby (Kian Guardiola), William (Kristen), Jason (Kelli) and Raleigh; her grandchildren, Amalia of Bobby, Sarah, John, Jane, Erik, Logan, Adam, Finnegan, Oliver and Delaney; and her siblings, Billy Arnold (Beverly), Virgil Arnold (Susan), Rebecca Splitgerber, Mary White (Paul) and Janice Arnold. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
