She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Hazelett and Lucy Hazelett; her children, Raymond Jr. (Shanette), Floyd (Yvonne), Judy, Julius, Samantha, Reginald (Kauishma), Kevin and Steven (Dominique); and her siblings, Beatrice, Dorothy, Vivian, Jacqueline, Lorraine, Clarence (Connie) and Lavoria. She is also survived by 48 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
