He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Williams; his son David Brian Williams; his parents, Reuben Williams and Lottie Williams; his siblings, James Otis Williams and Inez Caradine; and his brothers-in-law, Daniel Lofton, Ben Brown and Reverend Jeff McNealy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Kelley and Regina Williams; his granddaughter Kimberlen Kelley; and his siblings, Willie Harold Williams (Minnie), Gloria Jean Lott (William), Larita Brown and Lida Helen McNealy. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
