He is survived by: his mother Nellie Jo Smith Carlson (Burt); his wife Elizabeth Martinez Smith (Lisa); his stepsons, Ryan Anthony Motkowski and Todd Scott Doland; his stepmother Rose Smith; and his brothers, Richard Smith (Lissa) and Gary Ottomanelli. He is also survived by many other stepbrothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
