It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Robinson Sr. (Gary, Indiana), who passed away on January 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Mira P. Robinson and Michael Robinson; his stepfather Luther S. Friels; his children, Shawnta Robinson-Huff, Angel Robinson, Andriean Robinson Brown, David Robinson Jr. and Nehemiah Wingfield; his parents, Joseph E. Robinson Sr. and Diana R. Friels; and his siblings, Joseph E. Robinson Jr. and Michiele L. Jackson. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
