He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Lou Russell of Paducah Kentucky, Barbara Mann (Doug) of Hobart and Sharon White of Gary, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Rachelle West (Ventura) of Paducah, Richard Russell (Sandy) of Melbourne, Christopher Russell of Paducah, Colleen Krantz (Robert) of Valparaiso, Joseph Cruz, Jr. (Tracey) of Crown Point and Shakia Torres (Clayton) of Portage.
