She was predeceased by: her husband Arnulfo H. Medellin; and her daughters, Carmen Medellin and Rosemary Medellin. She is survived by: her children, Jesse R. Medellin (Beatrice) of Las Vegas, Genaro Medellin (Iris) of Griffith, Joseph Medellin (Nancy Debra) of Hobart, Indiana, Mary Margaret Sanchez of Gary and Theresa Hernandez (Juan) of Gary, Indiana; and her sister Josefina Botello of El Paso. She is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and friends.
