She is survived by: her children, Travis Simmons (Tammy), Matthew Simmons (Nicole) and Shawn Simmons (Shauna); and her siblings, Jerry Gearhart (Debbie), Carl Gearhart (Kathy), Harold Gearhart (Ilene) and Dale Gearhart (Kathie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
