She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bader and Florence Bader; her husband A. J. Hayes; her grandson Tommy; and her brothers, Chuck and George Bader.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Hayes (Becky), Tim Hayes (Peggy Reid), Susan Hayes and Beth Hayes; her grandsons, Tim, Matthew and Colin Hayes; and her sister Ginny Weber. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
