With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Alcedine Moulton-Edwards of Gary, Indiana, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on January 16, 2022 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Beatrice Fields-Moulton and Russell M. V. Moulton, Sr.; her grandmother Sallie Hassie Fields; her former husband Alfred Vance; her children, Dwight Russell, Derrick Anthony, Lucien Bernard and Coral Jeannette; her grandson Darritt Vance Brown; her brother Russell M. V. Moulton, Jr.; and her nephew Kevin Sutton.
She is survived by: her children, Darien Rene Edwards of Gary, Indiana, Malcolm Rowen Edwards of Las Vegas, Patrick Mallory Edwards of Indianapolis, Indiana and Larry Henry; her grandchildren, Derrell, David, Millicent (Glenn), Lillian, Kwame, Jelani, Elisia, Jeremiah and Mallory; her great grandchildren, Michael, Asia, Simone, Kaliyah, De Shaun, Kayden, Zyaire, Aubryee, J'Sye, Ellianna and Marley; her sister Marjorie Yvonne Blankenship; and her sister-in-law Eunice Jean Moulton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews; special children, grands, nieces, nephews, and FRIENDS.
