William Carlin Obituary
We bid farewell to William Carlin of Garrett, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 26, 2025 at the age of 81. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Carlin and Helen A. Carlin (McDonald); and his sister Joan M. Bobay. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Wooldridge (Randy) of Garrett.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of Christ (213 E King St, Garrett, IN 46738).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill's memory may be directed to the First Church of Christ.
