He is survived by: his wife Kathy Winebrenner; his pet Rocky; his children, Angel Seegert (Shane) of Hicksville Ohio, Randi Woodward of Garrett, IN and Steve Woodward Jr. of Garrett, IN; his sister Cathy Bruggner (James) of Ft Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, Haley Thomas, Mackenzie Thomas, Summer Oplinger (Daniel), Savannah Thomas and Kenny Ramdhan.
