She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stevens and Marie Stevens (Johnson); her siblings, Michael Stevens (Leonard Stevens), Lorna McComb (Bruce), Dorene Whitmore (James) and Patricia Stevens; and her husband Jesse "Sam" Fulk.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracey Ojeda (Mark) of Garrett, IN; her brother Gerald Stevens (Eva) of Grand Rapids, MI; her grandchildren, Stacey Fitzwater-Potter of Fort Wayne, Darcie McCray (Rocky) of Auburn and Celeste Fitzwater (Celly) of Fort Wayne; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Chase, Bentley, Rocky Jr., Cambria, Tristan, Kai, Jhin and Cyrus; her great great grandchild Colt; and her pet Audrey Belle.
