Higgins of Garrett, IN; and his children, Susan Richardson of Auburn, IN, Cheryl Spires of Augusta, GA, Tim Higgins of Winston-Salem, NC and Gary Higgins of Garrett, IN.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
