He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Level and Lenora Level (Peifer); his former wife Nancy Neal; his sister Margaret Bishop; and his niece Vickie Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Level (Perlich) of Garrett; his daughter Sarah Level of Warsaw; his stepsons, Allen Perlich (Diane) of Albion and Phillip Perlich of Albion; his grandchildren, Josh Level, Wendy Leipe, David Perlich, Cody Perlich, Scott Bodenhafer, Brandon Perlich, Krystle Yohe, Phillip "Pete" Perlich Jr. and Dallas Perlich; his nieces, Deborah Smith, Donna Vanery and Jennifer Tabaka; and also, Matthew Level and Amy Warren. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Draft Animal Museum (5873 Co Rd 427, Auburn, IN 46706). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
The family kindly requests that donations in honor of Norman may be made to Dekalb County Horsemen's Association, Parkview Hospice or Sugar Grove Church of God.
