He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Cousino and Louella M. Cousino (Custer). He is survived by: his wife Darlene W. Cousino of Garrett, IN; his sons, Donnie Cousino of Garrett, IN and Bryan Cousino of Auburn, IN; his stepson Trevis Hull; and his sisters, Diane K. Jordan of Auburn, IN, Mary Ann Traster of Garrett, IN and Catherine Creech of Roanoke, IN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
