It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hertha Clare Moran of Garrett, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Moran; her son Thomas M. Moran; and her son-in-law Gary Shippy. She is survived by: her daughters, Clara Hoffman (Diederich), Barbara Ramm (Wolfhard) of Alexandria, VA and Maureen Shippy of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandsons, Nicholas Ramm, Michael Ramm, Tyler Shippy (Chelsea) and Eric Shippy (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Addison, Aubrey, Ayda and Cooper Shippy.
