He is survived by: his wife Patricia Frain of Garrett; his sons, Jeff Frain of Auburn and Tim Frain of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Jessica Offeralle (Tyler) of Fort Wayne, Justin Frain (Kathy) of Fort Wayne, Miranda Schied (Jake) of Fort Wayne, Spencer Frain of Fort Wayne, Dilan Frain of Auburn and Conner Frain of Auburn; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Jayce and Jamison; and his sister Nancy Kincaid of Columbia City.
