Susanna Slaughter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Susanna Slaughter of Galveston, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Susanna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis Hite and Esther Hite; her children, Erin Bennett (Slaughter) and Lori Slaughter; and her grandsons, Eli, Milan and Beck Bennett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Murray-Weaver Funeral Home (401 S California St, Galveston, IN 46932).
