He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Sheetz and Phyllis Sheetz (Smith); and his wife Gladys Sheetz (Lowery). He is survived by : his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Sheetz; his daughter Teresa Sheetz Brewer; his grandchildren, Jason Sheetz (Ashley), Breanna Hostetler (Schuylar), Madison Hernandez (Ramon), Dylan Stevens, Cloe Stevens, Marissa Brewer, Brandon Brewer, Spencer Stevens and Elijah Sheetz; his great grandchildren, Ava Ellinger, Parker Sheetz, Tiago Hernandez and Ryleigh Hostetler; and his siblings, John Sheetz, Charlene Cole and Heaven.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Galveston United Methodist Church.
