He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Carver and Orva Mae Carver (Roe). He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose "Rosie" Hicks; and his children, Kathy Hawkins of The Villages, FL, Ed (Joan Carver) of Port Charlotte, FL and Chris (Pat Carver) of Amboy, IN.. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the First Baptist Church of Galveston food pantry.
