She is survived by: her husband Paul W. Mullens; her sons, Russell Smith of Florida, Richard Smith of Florida and Curtis N. Mullens of Galveston; and her sister Donna Collins of Kokomo. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter.
