She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Pence and Minnie Pence (King); her husband William R. Smith; her children, June Ann Smith and Dewayne Smith; her brother Delo Pence; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Scott and Wayne Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Wilma Elpers (George), Sandy Knowland (Tim), Paul Smith (Ellen), Dennis Smith (Laurie), Marsha Neff (Joe) and Macy; and her siblings-in-law, Marjorie Price (George), Dean Smith (Rose) and Jerry Lee Smith. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
