She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlus E. Gillis and Rita Gillis (Goodwin); her husband Robert L. Jacobs; her daughter Shirley Ann; and her siblings, Owen Gillis, Edward Gillis and Faye Fye.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Pitner (Doyle) of Galveston; her granddaughter Kylee Pitner of Galveston; her nieces, Terri Lucas (Jimmy) of Kokomo and Gale Whited; and her nephew Jim Whited of Cumming, GA. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
