Betty Browning Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Browning of Galveston, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Walls and Angel Walls (Allen); her husband Max Browning; her stepfather Roll Hodson; her children, Dora "Kathy" Allen, Bill Browning and Mary Beth; her children-in-law, Roger Phillips and Dutie Browning; and her siblings, Ruth Hahn, Dora McGavern, Bill Walls, Bob Hodson and Don Hodson.
She is survived by: her son Gene Browning of South Whitley, Indiana; her children-in-law, Mary Browning of Walton and Joe Allen of Flora; and her sister-in-law Wilma Mason of Kokomo. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren.
