It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne D. Thorrington of Fulton, Indiana, born in Rochester, Indiana, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James F. Thorrington; his grandparents, Emmett, Forrest Thorrington, Wayne and Mildred Mills; his nephew Matt Stout; and his brothers-in-law, Franklin Filbey (Tiny) and Jeff Markley.
He is survived by: his mother Virginia A. Mills Thorrington; his son Tristan Thorrington of Paris, MS; his close friend Holli N. Staats of Ayden, NC; his sisters, Lonnie Markley, Tonnie Vigar and Jodi May; his nieces and nephews, Kirsten Courtner of Butler, TN, Nic May (Ashley), Shailea May (Jessica), Zach Vigar (Kyrsten), Derek Vigar and Denver; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haylee Guy (Simon), Matthew, Jacob Courtner, Jalen, Joshua, Mischalay, Nicholas Jr. May and Everhett Vigar; and also Oakley Guy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
