She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer "Bob" and Sara "Hazel" Zartman (Rockey); and her siblings, Virginia Reed, Von Mike Zartman and Thomas V. Zartman.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Rigney; and her children, Dan Rigney (Michelle), Dennis Rigney (Kimberly) and Shelly Southerton (Terry). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
