He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Voris D. Zartman and Edna M. Zartman (Surface); his wife Marjorie Zartman; his children, Gary (Debra Zartman), John (Lori Zartman) and Lisa Zartman Paul (Tony); his grandchildren, Megan Henry (Chris), Virginia, Larry Andrew Zartman (Stacie), Molly Hardesty (Blake), Alexander Charles Zartman (Stephanie), Crystal (Jason), A. J. (Claudia), Genna Zartman (Pete Hall), Cory (Vivian), Raymond DePew (Rachel), Sybil Paul and Alivia Paul; his children, Jann Marie Zartman and Larry Alan Zartman; and his sister Lorene Billman. He was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
