She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell C. Smith and Barbara Isabell Smith (Enyart); her husband John J. Tinstman; and her sister Linda Woods. She is survived by: her daughter Christina Franklin (Brian); and her sisters, Janet Sheetz and Betty Troyer (Paul). She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
