Urbin (Fulton, Indiana), born in Rochester, Indiana, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald M. Urbin and Betty J. Urbin (Warfield); her husband John Kelley; and her brother Brian Urbin. She is survived by: her siblings, Ned Urbin (Eunice), Madge Smitley (Phil), Alma Halterman, Larry Urbin (Brenda), Rex Urbin (Glenda), Dale Urbin (Annette) and Nanette Stark (Dennis); and her stepson John Kelley (Keri). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
