He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clouse and Marjorie Clouse (Peigh); and his son David Lee Clouse. He is survived by: his wife Linda Clouse; his children, Diana Walker, Donald Lee (Phyllis Clouse) and Debbie Clouse; and his stepchildren, Kathryn (Milton Pesak), Larry (Missy Towne) and Sandy Henderson (Aric Lee). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
