He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Pfanstiel and Fredrick Pfanstiel. He is survived by: his children, James F. Pfanstiel, Jr. (Kathy), Sara Halo and Priscilla Robinson; his grandchildren, Trina Greer, Christopher Pfanstiel (Tina), Kathrine Halo, Joseph Halo (Kerrin), Margaret Halo, Douglas Halo and Zevn Robinson; and his sister Virginia Lantz. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
