He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Sample (Connie) of Paragon, Brent Sample (Teresa) of Paragon, Douglas Sample (Cathy) of Paragon, Darrell Sample (Linda) of Monrovia, Ronald Sample of Gosport and Peggy McDaniel (Bruce). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
